Church property sold in Palm City for $900,000

The church property located at 5200 SW Martin Highway in Palm City sold May 16 for $900,000. The 8.1-acre property includes a 6,034-square-foot house of worship and a 2,302-square-foot pre-school. The buyer, Iglesia Cristiana Senales De Vida, Inc., of Hollywood, Fla., will take immediate occupancy.
